As an emerging app in the competitive wellness space, Wellory was looking to grow awareness of its mission to make personalized nutrition accessible for all, with an end goal of bringing on new customers. While Wellory was growing at a quick rate following a $4.2M round of funding, it was lacking a stand-out social media presence to connect with its target audience. Wellory turned to DMC member Racepoint Global (RPG) to assess, elevate and help implement a social media and influencer relations plan customized for the company’s specific marketing needs.

Instagram engagements over a one-month period
Since Wellory’s implementation of RPG’s customized social media plan and content calendar, the company has seen a strong increase in engagement and following across its Instagram and TikTok handles. Over a one month span, Wellory received more than 500 engagements on its Instagram specifically through content provided by RPG. Since June, Wellory’s TikTok following grew by 219% and has received more than 9.6K views and 7K engagements.
Racepoint developed and managed a thorough audit of current brand activities as well as those of key competitors on social media, to determine areas of opportunity for Wellory to differentiate themselves from the already busy space. Leveraging the findings, RPG created a social media plan with tactics for immediate improvements and ongoing strategy, including a detailed content calendar for Wellory’s Instagram, TikTok and Facebook channels and guidance on key ways to generate engagement for each medium. Once the plan was developed, RPG helped train and guide Wellory’s social media manager to ensure the recommendations were initiated correctly.
Influencers have loyal and very engaged audiences who trust their opinions and regularly view their social media content. This is why leveraging influencers’ social channels can be a successful way to generate buzz around Wellory and initiate conversations around the importance of personalized nutrition. RPG kicked off extensive research to identify key influencers and visionaries in the health and wellness space that could act as advocates for Wellory’s value proposition and expand its reach through their own following. RPG also provided strategic counsel on unique ways to engage with these influencers in organic and earned ways that wouldn’t break the bank.
